Due to Santa Noël’s busy schedule, any visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice is charged in full as Santa Noël will have already started the long journey from the North Pole. As there are many naughty children who try to trick Santa Noël with fake bookings, as a precaution, every booking will have to be confirmed with a full payment.
However, if your schedule changes and you wish to move your Santa Noël visit to another day or time, Santa Noël’s Head Elf will do their best to find a solution.

Once you make your booking, our Elf and Safety team will provide you with comprehensive information about Santa Noël. Santa Noël himself will send an email titled “How To Prepare For Santa Noël,” containing all the necessary details to ensure a seamless and joyful visit.
Rest assured that the real Santa Noël possesses a complete and current Casier Judiciaire check and he is covered by public liability insurance.
Santa Noël loves meeting youngsters and their families at grottos, and regularly appears at Suisse shopping center. However, because of the queues, he is aware that he could not spend as long as he wished taking photos with the family and tending to the children. Having Santa Noël come to you incurs no extra costs such as expensive photos that you are not happy with, public transport, taxis, wet weather, overpriced coffee and long lines!
